The Quality Management System is described in the Quality Assurance Manual and detailed in a Procedures Manual. To further in the quality aims of Intervention Services Ltd we have ensured that all employees understand and adhered to the requirements of this policy and the contents of the Quality Assurance Manual.

This Quality Manual and subsequent Procedures Manual are published as a direct response to the requirements defined by ISO 9001:2015. 

Intervention Services Ltd will constantly monitor its quality performance and will implement improvements where appropriate.
